DreamHack have announced a $30,000 CS:GO invitational tournament will be held during DreamHack Stockholm on September 25-26. Eight teams will attend the event, seven of which will be directly invited. The eigth and final spot will be awarded to the winner of an open European online qualifier hosted by FaceIT. Swedish power-houses Ninjas in Pyjamas and fnatic are the first two invitees, with the remaining five to be announced in the coming days. The tournament will feature a double-elimination group stage, held on the 25th, followed by single-elimination best-of-three playoffs on the 26th, all using the current competitive map pool. The $30,000 prize pool, which is identical to DreamHack Summer's from earlier this year, will be awarded as follows:
